What browser should I use with CorpTech.com?

You can use either Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. You must be using version higher than 5.0 with either of the browsers. You may have success with another browser if it supports cookies, frames and JavaScript. However, we strongly recommend either Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.

What operating system requirements are needed to use CorpTech.com?

Besides either Internet Explorer or Netscape, there are other system requirements to use CorpTech.com: you should have a SVGA monitor with the resolution set to 800 * 600 and an Internet connection. You should also be using Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 or XP. While other versions of third-party software (such as Linux) might work, we cannot guarantee that they will; nor will we be able to support questions related to them. Note that if you do not use Microsoft Office (or Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel), you will need to use Excel and Word Viewer(s).

What should I do if I forgot my user name or password?

Is CorpTech.com available 24 hours a day?

Yes; however, company information is updated on CorpTech.com on the first weekend of every month. During the update process, the CorpTech.com subscription service may be unavailable for up to four hours.

How do I save a PDF profile?

After viewing the file, you can be save it to your hard drive by clicking on the diskette icon on the Acrobat toolbar and naming the file with a ".pdf" extension. If you have any difficulty with this process, contact Tech Support.

What is the CCID and where can I find it?

For your protection, we ask that you enter an extra 3-4 digit number called the CCID. The CCID is NOT your PIN number. It is an extra ID printed on your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express Card.

Visa and MasterCard: On the back of the card in the top-right corner of the signature box. Enter the three-digit number following the credit card number. (See below.)

American Express: On the front of the card. Enter the four-digit number on the right directly above the credit card number. (See below.)
